This notice explains how DwellPath handles the information provided through its quote-request form.
Who is responsible
DwellPath, operated by Kieran Norris, is responsible for the information submitted through this website. Questions or data requests can be sent to info@dwellpath.ie.
Information collected
The quote form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number and the property information needed to understand and respond to your BER enquiry.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your request, clarify the assessment scope and prepare a quote. It is not used for unrelated marketing. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a service agreement.
Storage and retention
Quote requests are stored in the website’s protected database for up to 180 days and may be retained separately where necessary to provide a requested service, maintain appropriate business records or meet a legal obligation. The website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, an OpenAI service.
Website security and analytics
The hosting service may process technical access information to deliver and protect the website. DwellPath receives aggregate visitor and page-view analytics. A short-lived, pseudonymous identifier is used to limit repeated automated form submissions.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
